These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Truck Dispatching Pro website and freight dispatching services. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Truck Dispatching Pro provides freight dispatching services to owner-operators and carriers, including load search, rate negotiation, paperwork management, and related support. We act on your behalf as your dispatcher, not as a broker or motor carrier.

2. Fees and Payment

Our fee is a flat 4% of the gross revenue of each load we book for you. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment for our services. No long-term contract is required; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain active MC/DOT operating authority and required insurance.
• Provide accurate onboarding documents (MC/DOT, COI, W-9, NOA as applicable).
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Review and approve all loads before they are booked. You retain final authority over your operations.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We work to maximize your revenue, but we do not guarantee a specific number of loads, rates, or income. Results vary based on market conditions, lanes, and other factors. See our Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truck Dispatching Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our Site or services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Truck Dispatching Pro harmless from claims arising out of your operations or your breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time upon notice. Fees for loads already booked remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
