Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay-Per-Load Model

Truck Dispatching Pro operates on a simple pay-per-load basis. We charge a flat 4% fee only on loads we successfully book for you. If we do not book a load for you, you owe us nothing.

No Long-Term Contract

There is no long-term contract or setup fee. You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us.

Cancellation

To cancel services, contact us at dispatch@truckdispatchingpro.com. Fees for loads already booked before cancellation remain due.

Refunds

If you believe an invoice was issued in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it promptly. Refunds, if any, are issued to the original payment method.
