How Freight Dispatching Works

From your first call to your first settlement — here's exactly what happens.

  1. Sign Up & Send Your Documents

We send you a simple Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement and collect your MC/DOT number, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and W-9. If you use factoring, we also set up a Notice of Assignment (NOA).

  2. We Search & Negotiate Loads

Your dispatcher logs into DAT and Truckstop, filters loads for your equipment and location, checks broker credit, and negotiates the best rate per mile for your lane.

  3. You Review & Approve the Rate Con

We send you the rate confirmation with all details — origin, destination, pickup/delivery windows, and payout. You approve every load. No forced dispatch, ever.

  4. You Haul. We Track & Communicate.

We manage the load from pickup to delivery, update the broker, and handle issues like traffic, breakdowns, or dock delays.

  5. Proof of Delivery

At delivery, the receiver signs the BOL. You send us a clear photo or scan — we file it as your Proof of Delivery (POD).

  6. Invoicing & Fast Payment

We submit the POD, rate con, and invoice to the broker or your factoring company. You get paid — and we invoice our simple 4% fee weekly.
